HB 710 crashes instantly if i have battle.net app running. tinfoil hat on?

so, with all events being as they are, noticed the battle.net app somehow makes HB crash instantly if you have battle.net app running and start HB.
If you have HB running and start battle.net app it works.

So, just coincedence or something sneaky there?
I hope the devs have taken the app into account and checked it out aswell?
