as the title suggests, is it possible to change the ownership of a HB key (change the owner email adress)? a friend of mine who had a permaban gave me his HB key to use, is it possible to transfer it to my account so that i can access the store?
remember to include all your info, including the original email, and your new email. if you can throw any extra info such as the transaction id, they love that stuff. and be nice. support deals with assholes all day long, it makes their day when people are polite.
