      Help,

      My HB is crashing upon connecting.

      ".", hexadecimal value 0x00 is an invalid character. Line 1, position 1.

      i have see the hexdeximal crashes are from profile.just use a other Profile and the problem are fixed .
      The Profil what you yousing crash Your Hb .

      i am also having the same problem, the msg pops up when i log into HB

      The issue seems to be people saving profiles in funky encodings. (It seems that UTF8 encoding is the cause, but I'm not 100% sure, so take that statement with a grain of salt.)

      If you have Notepad++, you can change the encoding. (Encoding [at the top] -> Change it to ANSI and save the file)

      I'll look into fixing this issue right now.

      i dont think its with the profile. i removed the profile i had d/l and i still cant log on. should i try to reinstall HB?

      i deleted HB and reinstalled, works fine
