      I already see a few posts with HB crushing after some minutes. I am on same problem here which let's say its ok still what isn't is the fact that I wonder why you released a version without testing it for a few minutes at least as is clear it crushes by herself?
      You need logs ? I totally agree on that STILL!!!! someone post 2 logs in another crush issue and you asked him to put a Singular CR log which was ALREADY there?!! I found myself again wondering if I can tell that was a Singular CR log uploaded and the other was Tuanha WHY YOU CAN'T ??? either ignorance either incompetence if you ask me.
      And no our PC handle your bot requirements as they did before today so the problem is on your side so you better answer the people who expect this from you instead of making yourselves look incompetents(I cant still can't get over the fact that a support guy asked for a log who was there already ) .
      Therefore be kind and give the people here waiting an ETA for solving problem instead of keeping silence or offering solutions that have nothing to do with the crush issue.

      You don't need to help only me there are quite a few threads over here with Hb crushing still no1 answer them why would you need another log exactly identical to others user problem which you still didn't solved?
      If you find the mistake you done when you released this version you solve all the issues for all of us not for me only and as I stated above its not that the problem is on us and if you need logs be kind and look in other 5 or 6 threads with same problem and you find there all the logs you need.

      Most issues are from 3rd Party Addons, *****ed Versions used, Pro.xy used or .NetFrameWork not installed correctly. There is no major issue known with the latest release.
      More logs = more chances to identify the issue and without logfile no support.

      You are Member since 16.12.2011 but I only see those 2 posts from you. No support thread describing the issue, no logfile.
      Please attach a logfile and send me a PM with your key for verification.

      what you want to prove me with the date since I am member ? and the number of my posts am I required to post on a regular basis?
      if there aren't issues why I see a page full of problems since this new release? and enlight me pls :Netframwork was working till today morning and all of a sudden our PC's decided to install it incoerctlly?

      I don't use any addons btw since Hb begin to crush to eliminate that cause .

      Just to offer some feedback from other users of the 734 version, and .NET Framework 4.5.1. I have had no crashes. I've been running my bot since about 9:45 EST (Eastern Time, USA), and it's now currently 3:55 EST. That's roughly 6 hours and 10 minutes that I've been running my bot without issues. I also have many combat routines installed, many 3rd party bot bases installed, and many Honorbuddy 3rd party plugins installed. I am still not having any issues. The bot was run for at least two hours by the dev team before they released it to the public for download, so I know they tested it. It's true that not ever user is going to have as grand of an experience as I am apparently having, so I am sorry for your bad luck.

      There is a lot of people having this crash issue. Clearly there is an issue with new HB update. Maybe OS problem. I am using win 8.1 full updated.

      I don't disagree. I see all the threads about HB crashing on people. I was just trying to offer some positive feedback. Mine, fortunately, is not crashing. I'm running Windows 7, fully updated, without problems. That's all.

      Yeah no offense. I have no problem with HB on win 7 installed desktop pc but win 8.1 installed laptop its crashing every 5 min.

      If memory serves me, I seem to recall them having issues back when Win 8 came out, and off and on until now. Must be something with Windows 8 that's crashing it.

      Bennyquest please let me know in what manner your comment was helpful in solving peoples problem??? read what he sayd in his post since when my join date or comments will help him solving Hb crush?

      ah let me help you your comment helped other users with nothing.
      or tell me if I see a support guy who cant tell me what cr some1 use from a log I cant call that incompetence?

      so your response to my comment helped your initial standing how? You, yourself helped your support issue none at all, and continue to demean other people with stuff they say. At no point did BotOperator say he did not know what CR you were using. He merely said, that you need to provide a log. That you had two posts....meaning you had not posted a log somewhere else and your join date was suggesting that you should know by now that you need to post a log for help. He also wanted you to verify you purchased HB because who wants to help someone that is using a *****ed version of their program. Now that i have explained every part of this to what appears to be someone so naive and stupid you can continue to bug people with poor grammar and moronic comments.
