      The above snippets are all the log is giving me, the first one is from my old installation, the second is from the new. I've tried clearing the settings, running in admin, reinstalling HB. Nothing works. I'm currently using a technical preview of Windows 10, but everything else seems to work fine. Any help?

      remove:
      - microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
      - microsoft .net framework 4 extended
      - microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
      - microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable

      restart your pc,
      download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
      run them as administrator.
      after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
      restart

      Not exactly sure how to go about doing those steps Tony.

      I found a utility on Microsoft's website which claimed to remove all the stuff related to the .net framework. It was called the .NET Framework Setup Cleanup Utility. I ran that under the option, ".NET Framework - All Versions (Windows 8.1)".
      I was unable to find anything on my computer relating to the microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable. I was able to remove the 2012 version through programs and features.

      I then restarted my PC, reinstalled Honorbuddy with the installer under admin mode. Next, I ran the windows update but it told me my versions of windows was up to date. Restarted, and I still have the issues.
