HB force close wow

When I log in HB, WOW will close after few sec, I don't have the programs which HB not suggest use, please help.

thank you for your reply, do you mean DirectX9.0? But it not allow me to install, said just fit for win98, xp...., i am using win10, please explain the detail, i am really suck on this, thx.
