HB Give Away?

Hey there fellow GB users.

The other day (like 2 days ago) I logged into the forums and was greeted with a new window saying i was lucky enough to be a winner of a honor-buddy giveaway. I think the items were an iPad, iPod or an iPhone.

My question is was this a legitimate HB venture?

 

i would say that is not legit.

if you see it again take a screenshot or if you can get a URL, we dont have ads on the forums, so no idea what would of triggered that to pop up for you.

 

Sigh it came up with the HB heading and everything on this new page so i thought it was legitimate and put my e-mail in.

Big mistake now i'm fighting stupid amounts of spam in my account.

like i said as far as i am aware we are not running any promotions, specially not with any IPads. if they where id yell at bossland to toss one my way.

 

It's spyware on your own PC which redirect websites and shows pop-ups..
