I have tried many times to do a clean install of this the past couple days. I have tried the zip file, and it tells me that I have modified the files and cannot use forum support. When I click the installer from the website link, it saves to my computer. I run the installer as administrator and choose an install location for HB. When the install finishes, I go to the area where I chose to have it installed and it is not there. I have tried many different locations for it and everytime nothing works. I have disabled all by BStore streams as well.
I did try the Zip File and it told me that I modified the installation and forum support would not be available. I did however do a full reset on my PC last night and tried the installer this morning and it worked. I know you are very busy with a lot of support issues right now and I am sorry for adding to the list. My issue is resolved. Thank you, Miikee.
