Hello, I have a problem with my HB. I have two licenses , 1 with 3 sessions and 1 with 1 session. When I start HB, I can only log on with 3 accounts and the message "max session reached" appears. Normally i got 4 sessions. Where is the problem , can somebody help me plz. Greetings
4th session is more than likely under a separate key if I am not mistaken. So making a duplicate HB folder would probably solve your problem if this is the case. Have the first HB folder with the key stored for your 3 sessions, and the 2nd HB store the key for the single. Or ask nicely and someone(mods) may be able to put all 4 sessions into one key. But until then, the 2 HB folders will work, I had to do this myself.
I do not know for sure, but it sounds like you have 2 different sessions (A single session and a triple session) wouldn't this mean you have two (2) different login codes, one for the single and one for the triple?
