HB stuck at logging in, then it closes

Greetings,

HB gets stuck at logging in, then it closes.
I have installed/uninstalled it numerous times after repairing it but I'm getting the same result.

No difference with dx 9

 

I had razer synapse and GeForce experience, although in the past they did not interfere. Now unistalled.
Still getting the same problem.
