Is HB going to be down again like the patch before after WOD is released on 13th Nov? Or its just going to need an upgrade and not too many fixes like now and will be stable and working very soon after WOD release?

Only Blizzard knows what will happen. HB downtime is related to how many changes brings a new WoW Client build.

Its called experience from players, hanging here for more than a single expansion.

Actually, it indeed depends on Blizzard solely. Last expansion, the prepatch was easy, but they made evul update on the launch, including the famous "HonorbuddyDetection" method etc. so it was required additional time by the HB devs to secure the HB client.

Just think about the following - which is more important to you - To have working HB the same hour after the launch, and be vulnerable to Blizzard for flag&ban if they had implemented detection, or waiting with patience few hours to several days, and have a nice confidence about the safety in your botting.

I'd rather not be banned in the first few days of the expansion, they really ***** down on the start of every expansion for exploits and obvious botting. Those gms are out in full force lol

The GMs aren't out in full force to catch botters, they're out in full force to handle bug reports and take care of player issues...

I wish people would stop saying that GM's are out to catch botters, they're out there to help players. Catching botters is a very very small portion of what a GM does.

There wasn't even a patch at MoP release date...

      - 5.0.4.16016, 28 August 2012 (Mists of Pandaria Pre-Patch)
      - 5.0.5.16048, 11 September 2012 (no dramatic changes, some fixes)
      - 5.0.5.16057, 13 September 2012 (no dramatic changes, some fixes)
      - 25 September 2012 (Mists of Pandaria Expansion unlocked - there wasn't even a patch)..
      - 5.0.5b.16135, 10 October 2012...

so i dont know why there should be a (large) downtime..
but yeah, thats what i think, we will see :)

not out to catch botters, but obviously you have a higher chance of getting caught the more gms are looking into issue or being around in general.
