OK i was using HB2 fine, then there was an auto update which i did and HB3 installed and would not work or run profiles as i was getting errors. After reading on the forums i saw that a fresh clean install of HB3 was working for a number of people, so i uninstalled and deleted the HB i had, restarted my PC and then attempted a new install to end up with this: This is log file it created on the fatal error log: View attachment Honorbuddy_20160901123705.txt I tried again and created the folder myself but after installing the folder is empty and HB3 hasn't installed. So instead i try manually installing using the .zip file, after doing this and trying to run HB3 i get this: There is no logfile for this as HB hasn't started All applications such as C++ and .NET Framework etc are fine and up to date and HB2 was running with no problems yesterday but now i am unable to use HB at all.
Just an update for support. If i click on YES on where it says this application could not be started it takes me to the microsoft site where it says this: I have all the correct .NET Framework components installed, HB2 was working fine also
