make a new Hb installation from scratch place Hb folder on your desktop grab the latest PB follow the setup instructions and try again
clear your mesh folder and try again from what i can see you didnt try a new Hb installation from scratch tho

[18:21:23:929] Activity: Honorbuddy Stopped From the look of this, it looks to me that HB was still in the process of loading the tiles when you interupted it. If you see your toon sitting there, don't just look at the info tab, click on the Nav and debug tabs to see if there is more info displaying there. I've sometimes had to wait up to 5 minutes after hitting start for my toon to start moving - if he's questing and I just reloaded HB or something like that, he could be going through a long profile to determine where he should start and/or downloading/loading alot of mesh data. Hopefully you get it figured out soon!
Thanks for your input, but I've waited 2-3 mins a lot of times where I've tried the exact same but will give it some more time! Thanks once again.
Make sure you check the other tabs and see what it's doing... I've had it stop sometimes and wonder... then look at the Nav and see it's downloading a butt-ton of tiles... but I've had others when I ended up stopping it cause I'm looking at all the tabs and it's simply erroring out...

Semes like there is a huge problem with the Winterspring digsite.. work every other place but there.. "No data for Kalimdor_37_29.etm"
