      whenever i launch hearthbuddy then write my key in. it crashes.

      i installed it right when i bought it from hearthbuddys website.
      yes i do have full admin privileges.
      allready tried re downloading it.

      its a bug in the bot it has nothing to do with you pc apoc said that they are fixing the issue so we have to wait we all have that message once we load the bot

      remove:
      - microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
      - microsoft .net framework 4 extended
      - microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
      - microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


      restart your pc,
      download the installationwizard from here
      run it as administrator.
      after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
      restart


      then redownload HS and make a fresh installation from scratch

      I am having this problem too. the bot loads plays some turns then I suddenly get it has stopped working I used the tool to install c++ 2010 and 2012 but its still not working after that
