Hi, So everytime i open HB the first time it opens the program, then it instantly says is has stopped working and windows cant find a solution. I have tried most things ive read on this forum but it still doesnt work. it is a 3 day key and i havent been able to make use of it. I hope this will get sorted along the way. here are the logs Thanks in advance

Hey tony, when i try to open the wizard it gives me this error "Buddywizard.exe has stopped working" As for the antivirus etc im not sure how to set exceptions. would be turning the hole thing off work as well? Because i tried that and i still got the same errors. Thanks in advance Tony
remove: - microsoft .net framework 4 client profile - microsoft .net framework 4 extended - microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable - microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable restart your pc, download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip run them as administrator. after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++ restart

Also you keep mentioning that i should run the buddywizard as a admin, however i am not even able to unfold the folder without it giving me this error "Buddywizard.exe doesnt work anymore" So i cant even run it as a admin because my computer simply wont open the folder. Sorry if im being to annoying, i dont have a massive intelect when it comes to computers, i try to google everything you mention tho but i cant find the solution
