Hearthbuddy not available in Germany?

When I want to download Hearthbuddy it says "Not available in Germany" and when I want to buy it I just see this message "Leider ist dieses Website in Deutschand nicht verfügbar."

Now my questions are:
1. Why I can't use Hearthbuddy in Germany? I couldn't find any informations in this respect.
2. Will Hearthbuddy ever be available for humans living in Germany?

The problem with Blizzard is that they tend to file law suits and prevent us from selling our bots to you, as they did for Demonbuddy.
We are waiting for the court decision mid of may and its results.
