Hearthbuddy now requires Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable Package (x86)

In order to use Hearthbuddy (Release #102+ / Beta #29+) users must download and install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable Package (x86).

Please use the Buddy Dependency Wizard to install all current and planed dependencies for Hearthbuddy if you're having additional troubles as well.

The recent update to fix compatibility with Windows update KB3000850 caused a new version of GreyMagic to be required that was built with this dependency. We forgot to make an announcement thread for this change (again), and the changes were put into place without warning users of it beforehand.
