No it does not, i deleted all the files and downloaded hearthbuddy again and it worked while i was gone today. Until now, it just happened again.

You should be able to find those redistributes in your Control Program where you remove installed programs. You're not minimizing the client while you're waiting for a game, or launching another application that takes full screen control (some movie playback software) are you? Basically, your client froze, and that message is just the bot timing out from trying to interact with it.
Yes my game is in windowed mode, should i be doing it in full screen? also sometimes i have it minimized
