Hi i saw blizz released a 64bit version a few days so i downloaded it. performance is way better but the bot wont work with it. so (till today) i could go into my wow folder and launch from the normal .exe but today when i launched the normal .exe it updated (small patch) and now from the normal .exe it is launching 64bit. so does anyone know how to make it not run in 64bit or simple to get the bot to work with the 64bit version. the bot says it doesnt register what build of wow i am running. if i need to post a log i will but just let me know. thanks for the help
This bot wont be updated to work with 64bit and/or dx11. Had been asked a few times to configurate the bot to work with 64 bit, but theres no need to play with a high performance, its also a lot of work.
I don't think you get hat I'm saying. With the patch I think the game recognizes I have a 64 bit OS so it is Auto running wow in 64 bit. Before today I had to click the actual 64 bit .exe and if I wanted to bot I could just click the normal .exe and everything would be okay. But it doesn't work like that now. (am I the only one with this issue ??)
running 64bit also, but i still play 32 and never had to choose between. as far as i know you have to download the 64 bit client, just delete it.
you can chose what one to run by clicking on preferences in the WoW Launcher, just check "Use 32bit" and you'll be fine.
When you start the launcher go to options/game preferences there you can tick the box Launch 32-bit client to start wow in 32 bit mode
