  • Help with payment please

      Morning,

      I have been trying for the past week to get honorbuddy again (Used to have life time until recent changes here but got banned with recent banwave and account is now unsuspended and wanted to re-sign up - always been a fan of the work you guys do) - but apparently my payment is coming up as fraud every time (even though I am not using VPN and etc). I have contact support already and spoke with Joro and said to use alternate payments (even though I just sent another paypal transaction last night - it is pending approval right now but Joro said he can't from a recent email which to be honest sounds crazy considering that the fact on paypal you are the person to authorize it but what do I know). Does anyone know how to use these alternate payments in case my last paypal payment doesn't go through because Joro (which he has been super great with responding) said they are easy to use which my honest opinion they aren't. If anyone can help me out to get this going, I would love it, been a customer of yall for years and for my payment not to go through doesn't make sense at all, it is not a bank issue on my end and you can authorize via paypal if you want to. Anywho, it's been a week of just suspense and I just want the product again.

      That's the thing - that support email says pretty much

      1.) we can't manually push the payment through paypal (which I'm hoping the one I did last night does)
      2. ) Use alternate payments (I asked for a step by step if possible and got - it is easy, which is bogus - they are in different languages lol)
      3.) And I have asked multiple times if we can push through paypal and they say they can't even though it's coming from the same paypal and same payment method.

      So - if support can't help make this happen - is it that it?

      Just got an email saying it got cancelled due to fraudulent and I'm not even using a proxy or VPN lol. And using the other payment methods are crazy confusing. If someone can help me or guide me on how to use the other methods, I'm all about it, I would definitely appreciate the help because Joro (he's great at responding quickly) isn't going to tell me how because his answer was it's easy even though I don't speak and read other languages haha. If I can get help to get this going I would super appreciate it. Don't you want my monies! Hehe

      Yup - just got word that my last payment got declined again. I asked Joro (support) to help me with the alternative payments (third time) and he completely ignored it and resolved the ticket.

      So - as an existing customer that has used your product (had lifetime) and that you can't help me with my payment or at least guide me to use alternative payments because you guys are declining it for fraud (which I find hilarious by the way lol)

      Can someone PLEASE help me use the alternative payments since support isn't willing to help and maybe someone that had to use the alternative payments can help me because forum support says to contact support and I have contacted them on it multiple times and not willing to help at all, so, I am at my last resort to maybe a forum member can help - would greatly appreciate it.

      Disappointed as a customer that has used your product and praised to other friends that actually bought it as well. As a customer, on my point of view, it just seems that Joro is declining it to just be declining it because right now I have a pending charge on my account (which I'm hoping ill get my refund for that soon) and I have had my paypal account for years lol. But sometimes it is what it is - seems like Honorbuddy doesn't seem to care about us once a while.

      Anywho - sorry for the rant, there is another person that is having the same issue that messaged me that needs help with the alternative payments, so again, if someone can help us use those, would love you long time :)

      There is no need to bump it. It's like Tony said already, forum support cannot do anything for you sorry.
      Payment and key related things always go to support@thebuddyforum.com
      There is no connection between forum and payment support!
