As the title suggests, without raising any flags, and using good profiles that have not yet gained in popularity, how long do you think you can leave the bot running for without grabbing suspicion?

      1hr? 2, 4, 6 ? 12?

What do you guys think is safe and how long do you guys run yours for? This is for GB2 that does both herb & mine around MoP.

I bot 24/7 (without considering stucks, connection lost, errors etc), about 6 days a week (one day break purely for my PC tho) with herb/mining. Its on a high pop server (around 120k, one of the highest in europe). So far i havnt had any issues with Blizzard, even tho ive got like 10 mails about people reporting me. If this is the smart way to go i doubt, but honestly ive quitted wow, and i am purely doing it for profit so i am not that afraid about my acc being banned. If you have a valuable account, that you wouldnt want banned, i wouldn't go for more than 12 hrs or so. Depends on realm and region i guess, but i dont rly know.

You can safely bot for 16 hours daily with breaks in between there. I wasn't home for 4 days i set it to gather for 12 hours with breaks in between with HBRelog and had no problems at all.

it depends on the area and profile, if its a public profile with lots of people, its best not to stick around too long.

Well in my opinion it is totally random except you have a new account, on new accounts blizzard has some sort of tracking system. If your account is not that new anymore i think 16 hours is safe. I personally ran questbot for 3 days straight, and didnt even get a whisper or something. So it is just random and cant really be said if something is safer or not. I mean ofc botting 24/7 gets u banned easier then 12-16 hours a day, but believe me there are a shitloads of people running several bots from the SAME IP 24/7 and not getting banned, on my server for example there are 10 lvl 80 Hunters, farming always the same dungeon(forgot the name of it) and they do it since like 1 month? Even their names are like cyxyxc, dasdas, cyxrew, and so on. Just for example, but overall it is your decision how safe you feel, if you feel unsafe for botting 6 hours a day, simply dont do it.

      Greetings Sven.
