I have the email from the day of the purchase. i have the email address and the auth key.. also the username.. but icant get through the reset psw process..Can someone help?

I know for some people it is really hard to use a forum and creating threads is even harder. The thread title should give information, what the thread is about in a short, understandable way. So is "Hey." a good thread title or rather pretty shitty?

You request support and create a thread in the "General Discussion Forum"...what do you expect?
