you cant, you need that cpu usage, because theres more code needed to run those dungeons and deal with the amount of mobs that need to be processed. you should think about upgrading your cpu as an i3 is a little light for the kind of processing that needs to be done.
I have to agree with you that this processor is very weak, but even on such a processor can identify weaknesses in this work. I agree that the increasing demands bot in the caves above.
