honor buddy not working

iv tried everything to get this honorbuddy to work re-downloading it, killing my session when it says max session and when get that error i used the thing i found in the forums to try and fix it bu still continue to get the error nothings working and i feel like i wasted 35 dollars...

yeah i did that but i cant even get past the login phase before that error it it says max session

 

k well if its not gunna work considering iv tried everything is there anyway i can get my money back?
