Honorbuddy can't log in

I only just bought and set up Honorbuddy this morning, and whenever I try to start it, it gets to "Logging in..." and then stays like that indefinitely.

I've triple checked that my key is correct, and I've flushed my DNS and reset my hosts file and still nothing.

 

USA, east coast.

I'm using my university's internet, if that matters.

 

It could be, but I know my friend was using Honorbuddy last year on this internet and I don't think they've made any kind of changes.
