Honorbuddy "freezes" while "Chechking fir Buddy Stor pruducts."

My hb freezes while checking the buddy store, tried doing it without anti vir, firewall, no other programms running, but still...

I can't crate a account there, it says I should use the email with which i ordered my key, but I am trying with exactly that email adress
