      Hi, Kevybobo, and sorry you are having problems.

      That one's a stumper, and sounds like it might be problem with damaged dependencies. This process is a little involved, but it may cure your issue:

      1. Go to Programs and Features, in your Windoze Control Panel.
        Look for:
        • Microsoft .NET Framework 4 client profile
        • Microsoft .NET Framework 4 extended
        • Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 (or 4.5.x)
        • Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x86 redistributable
        • Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 x86 redistributable
        and Uninstall them if they are installed.

      2. Reboot your PC.

      3. Please install the following (be certain to run all with Windoze 'administrator' privileges):
      4. After all installs are completed, run Windoze update. And install all updates for .NET & C++.
        You may need to 'update' several times to get all the necessary updates.

      5. Do one last reboot
      If you are not off-and-away after this, please show us a fresh log.

      cheers,
      chinajade
