I'm not exactly sure if this is the issue, but I looked at the log files and it looks like it was doing activities right before honorbuddy triggered the inactivity timer and then closed main window and I come back to my wow being disconnected. It has done this probably 20-30 times on the way from level 1 to 72 over the past 3 or 4 days. I should note I'm also using the Buddy Store 1-110 Leveling Profile that is provided for free, using "Questing". I am also using 32bit client per instructions.
