Honor Buddy fails to start login window, when opened it turns into a "Not Responding" window and wont load the user login screen. There is no log generated or anything, so I need help!

View attachment 30347 It's installed correctly, it's set to run as admin. There is no crash window just a blank login screen that is "Not Responding". I've removed all old HB files and tried to install it again and HB has the same problem.
hmm,looks like a net framework issue install all the available important ​windows updates and try again
Have you downloaded the latest .NET framework? What does your Event Wiever say? Press start then search for Event Wiever. Check under the different tabs and see if you have any new recently errors regarding programs.
Attempted to search for Event Wiever, had no success. Downloaded the latest .net framework file and installed it and HB is still having the same issue.
