Hotfix #7943 - Death Behavior should work properly now when Routine.DeathBehavior is overridden.

General
-----------
* Spell database has been updated. That will fix all spell related issues like HasAura, HasSpell, CanCast calls.
* Flighpaths won't be using Aldor/Scryer flightmasters while the toon is aligned with the other.
* Buying food and drink now works properly.

API
------------
* Styx.Common.Plugins namespace is removed. Please use Styx.Plugins namespace for plugin needs. The removed namespace was not being used by core and it had no effect other then creating confusion.
 → Use PluginManager.RefreshPlugins() instead of ReloadAllPlugins().
* CurrentPendingCursorSpell now returns correct values.

Navigation
------------
* Flightor will fall back to navigator usage in Timeless Isle now.
* Stuck handler is optimized for detections while swimming.

      Dungeonbuddy for for german HB users hasn't been fixed yet. Thanks for support :(

      Edit: watch log for a new bug with itemforauraquesthelper plugin :cool:

      Sometimes it didnt recognize whether some dots/auras were up, like corruption for warlock, so CC kept spamming it.

      Pushed a new build to fix ItemForAuraQuesthelper

      got the same message. Sometimes I can log in but getting kicked out after a few seconds.

      HB says config file rewritten restart it , i did but again same warning... tried couple times...

      i can load the bot with 1 account but when i try a second account for my other key i just keep getting "config file has been rewritten please restart honorbuddy" then crashes.

      Reloading AssemblyLoader<ICombatRoutine> - [RoutineManager] ReloadRoutineAssemblies called.
      Think the routine manager load a previous versione on the assembly.
      can't load or l'assembly 'Honorbuddy, Version=2.5.7857.658, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=50a565ab5c01ae50' or dipendence
      HRESULT: 0x80131040)

      ... meantime I will use the 660 version

      p.s. fresh install 662
