Honorbuddy wont work after reinstall

My HB has been on the fritz for about 2 months now. I got tired of messing with it and decided to give it a rest, waiting for a new version to be released. It has since been released and updated. Now everytime I start HB it sends some crazy Error reports no matter what I do. (same as before update)
Process as follows...
>open wow in windowed/32bit/directx 9
>choose toon
> Open HB
> load recently updated Kicks profile
> HB repeats the following error message

download the latest version of honorbuddy from here.

after that do a CLEAN Install into a new folder, do not re-install to an previous installation and do not copy over any plugins, combat routines or quest behaviors into this new installation.
