The licenses are lifetime, why would you need longer time? No you shouldn't get any money back - people should understand that updating an application such as HB takes time. The dev team are working night and day, constantly pushing updates to get things fixed. A good portion of the bot is working again now.
Do you get extra play time when blizzard do a big patch? and u cant play proberly cuz its all bugged out? Dont think so, everyone gotta be patient.
