Paid account, perma ban because obviously I bot a lot, almost non stop for the last month. Today I finally got banned, called them and NEVER ADMIT YOU WERE BOTTING. Said I was unemployed, sorry I play a lot but the monthly subscription says unlimited play. Told me my account was being played an unreasonable amount for any human (time played and apparently I was gathering too many ores per hour). I was told they do random server sweeps to see whos been doing what with raw materials, and those who have gotten too many, and have been doing the same thing for too long get flagged. I got flagged, kicked off, then banned forever. So yeah, if you get banned call them and say you got kicked off and essentially what I said above. Do NOT admit to botting. I would also say don't bot for more than 2 hours at a time (its not the time that gets you its the amount the bot gathers in that time). I am not going to push it and and keep botting to see what happens after the 72 hour ban since this is my main account and only botted for the money. Thanks! SIDE NOTE: Yes I was using a BETA profile, but its easily the best profile ever made for multizone ores and herbing (been running it 10-12 hours a day with no issues for a long time), the beta profile had NOTHING TO DO WITH THE BAN, it was my nodes per hour/play time that got me caught.
