Hey there! I'd like to do some 2s arenas for fun with two of my accounts. One would be led manually by me with just using a CC while the other is supposed to support the main and thus be basically afk'd. My problem is that neither Lazy Rider follow tank and auto target, nor Party Bot, nor Multibox Suite do the job. I've been playing around with several settings and I simply don't get it to work properly. Do any of you have an idea of how to do it? What bot and what CC work well together? How do you configure them etc.? Help would be appreciated. Thanks a lot.
no you dont folow the tank you instal in lazyraider run without a tank and move ur toon ur self it wont work automaticcly
Well, that's the point. I'm manually playing partymember1 and want to know if there is any way that I can set up a second wow with a second HB to auto-play partymember2 in an arena setting.
I've been looking for the same thing. Most of the pvp routines/plugins or whatever they are called say they are user controlled and bot does the damage. I know this is great but I was hoping for something more like BGBuddy more for arenas. Then again, I did just download a plugin "iGlue" or something like that, this is supposed to stick to your target. I'm gonna try it out in conjunction with one of these other pvp related routines. I'm very new to botting so I might not be using the lingo correctly. I'll be following this thread to see if more experienced players/users have more to share.
I think the CCs aren't the real problem. Most of them can be used with all kinds of bot bases. I just wish there was a bot base that reliably assists my first toon. That's not really what I'm looking for. I don't want the bot to arena full afk in the way BGBuddy does it (and I doubt this would be possible). I would just like to know how to set HB up to stay close to the first toon and assist it in combat instead of first doing nothing and then standing there and using those few ranged abilities that a melee class has to offer. Strangely enough, this behaviour seems to be possible in PVE (dungeons) with bots like Partybot etc. I was just wondering why the Bot wouldn't move and stay close to (no, not /follow) the "asigned Tank" in an arena. Any help would really be appreciated.
Hi, all, Honorbudy will never support Arena play. This is a mandate issued by Bossland, himself. If you think BGs are a magnet for getting bans, Arenas are a thousand times worse. It would also be directly poking Bliz in the eye, and may cause them to actually "get serious" about addressing the "botting issue". Arenas aren't going to happen, and never will. cheers, chinajade
Personally I think the better option is to pay gold to get "boosted" in arenas if you want the glory/cap. Trying to bot arena would be the easiest way to get banned.
