I asked my primary gold buyer what server they needed gold on and they supplied me with a list of more than 20 servers that they were in high-demand of gold from. Try the same. Since they need gold to keep their business going they should be more than happy to provide you with a list.
The problem is, these companies have no idea about how difficult it is to gather gold in these servers, they only know the rate as which gold are exchanged for real life currency. Usually high-gold-price servers are also servers that are too crowded to farm, or too new so that the amount of gold running within the economy is super low, so the goods price is like shit. At the end, you will find the same amount of earning compare to your effort.
I'm currently on a french server, which is rather low-population, considering it's mainly for french speaking players. The gold supply demand is quite high on that server and I find myself having no problem selling my stuff to the right prices and to the right times. I'm doing just peachy. So I don't know. I do understand the difficulty if there are not many players on a server, but there are other ways of making gold than selling things on the AH. There's always vendor trading and grinding mobs that drop gold along with other stuff.
