To initiate the process, request a refund in the BosslandGmbH Customer Service website, or at support@thebuddyforum.com. Please provide your invoice number, and the email address you used to purchase the Buddy bot in the communique. The front office watches this daily for customer issues regarding payments, authorization, and access. They will process your request once it is seen.
