The main thing I want a bot for is space missions. I would like to walk away and leave a bot running space missions. Is that possible with Buddywing?
Dunno how well it handles space missions. Don't want to start shit, but why would you want to do space missions, it's far more profitable to do dallies and grind rather than space missions. From what i've seen space missions are dead.
The bot doesn't do space missions. In the early days, about 4 years back, it was the THE leveling way. Sadly bioware caught up and send a shitload of users with the banwave to the trashcan. Aevitas disabled the function to space bot after that. You still see some UI references, but they don't work. If you refer tot the space pvp part, that never worked with this bot.
Thank you very much for the info. I leveled all characters on 4 accounts to level 50 and max creds using space missions when I played before (years ago). After reading your comments, I am glad that I did not spend the $30 to renew my sub to the Macrogoblin space bot. Kick was working on some questing profiles for Buddywing back then, but they required constant attention. I see a comment from jtjono using the bot to "grind," so I am guessing that the questing profiles were never finished. Kick did a great job with WoW profiles, so I was hoping to see the same with SWTOR. I understand that there are not as many SWTOR players, and it may not have been profitable to spend so much time on making profiles for this game.
Alot changed in leveling. Many changes weren't perfectly integrated or renewed in the bot, so it got more and more behind in basic stuff. This made writing profiles more and more a guess show or things that weren't simply working anymore. If the basic stuff where to be fixed, writing profiles would be so much easier. That said, a user can only determine it for himself if this bot works for him.
