HUGE lag spikes on low health.

The bot is utterly useless when i get low on health. i have like 0.5 FPS. Anyone know what causes this? adding a log

Also, this happens in dungeons as well ALOT!

Side note: Using Raid bot and singular routine.

This happens to me too with Singular, found the cause but couldn't fix it.
The stutter begins when you are under Healing Potion health %.
Setting it to zero solves the stutter.

i have now gone thru the entire list here and i still cant isolate the issue. Is there any chance that the log can say anything about whats causing it ?
Also it does not happen on all of my toons. Just this 1 it seems.

Sorry, but now i have the same issue with a different toon. ive tried different routines, enyo, raid bot etc. Still lagging once i get into combat.
ive but it to high priority as well as using dx9. Hope you can see anything from this log Cheers

 

I tried both high and realtime. Same issue. It happens when i target another player / hostile mob. And if i am in a dungeon i have major lagspikes.
adding a fresh log from today where i did both normal mobs as well as enter a dungeon.
