      I broke it and I dont know what it means. I have done a clean install too. Here is the error.

      Please delete your WTF Folder and reinstall world of WINDOWS.

      Don't program for this API so I don't know what CharacterSettings does, but, it sounds like the \settings\****.xml files, are you sure they're not read only or some shit like that?

      clear your settings folder and you will be ok
