I can't turn my camera! Please Help!

Hi, I just built a new pc and so everything is fresh (WoW and HB) I just tried using the launcher. When WoW opens up and I log in I can move around and stuff fine, but when I click the login to HB it starts glitching out and makes it impossible to turn my camera. WASD works fine and I can move around but turning the camera is impossible, whenever I try to turn with right-click. It literally looks like no matter where I turn the camera will shoot back to its original position instantly. Could it be because I'm running a 32 bit version of WoW?

 

I've had the same two times now. The screen would spin like mad if I moved my mouse. Close WoW and delete the config file in your WTF folder. Start WoW again and you're good to go

 

If I deleted my config file in the WTF folder would it reset all my addon settings?

Edit: Just tried and it didnt do anything, I set the launcher to run WoW and not WoW64 and its still not letting me turn the camera

just disable all adoons and try hb to see if any addon cause the camera problems

Turned off all addons and the bot and still the problem persists. It's pretty annoying when I havent even started the bot yet and its still doing it.

 

If its doing it without HB running, its almost certainly your camera settings in game.

Go to your game menu menu, go to interface, go to Camera and change the Camera Follow Style to something else.

It's not 32 bit.

 

Still nothing, I tried every camera option and its still not working. I tried to force WoW to open in 32 bit alone in the bnet launcher and It's doing it by itself without hb even open. Im pretty sure it has something to do 32 bit. No addons running no HB even open just WoW by itself

If you areusing any kind of mouse configuration software on your system try uninstalling the razer drivers and using the default Windows mouse drivers.Reset the game to default settings to make sure nothing in game is affecting the cursor.

 

Just uninstalled Razer and set everything back to deault. No addons or anything, problem is still there when I run 32 bit

 

DID you resrat the windows?I use razer mouse too and keyboard without any drivers and wow 32 bit and it's working perfect.

 

Yep, still not working, only reason why I re-subbed to WoW was for HB but if I cant get it working Im just gonna cancel my sub

 

if you have this problem without runing HB than it's a windows or game problem related..try to repair your game..just my opinion
