      I have not received my key it's more than one hour is normal ?

      Otherwise you have to contact the payment support Bossland GmbH

      Forum support cannot help in regards of keys or payment related questions.
      One hour waiting time is not really much. There might be reasons why it takes longer.
      Please give it 24 hours and if you did not get your key until then, use the link Demel provided you in his post.

      OR Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal click register but remember to.
      Make sure you use the same email address you used while purchasing your Buddy product. (The same email when purchasing keys, or your legacy shop account email address.)

      After that wait a few min log in and the key should automatically be added to your account as long as you use the same email address you used while purchasing your Buddy product
