i just bought this bot and it will not work

i could use a little help i just purchased this bot and it will not even open. i registered and did everything i could and it still will not open.

the error reads.

Honorbuddy has encountered a problem.
initialzation of "honorbuddy.mainwindow" threw an exception

 

Follow the steps for a new install. You need to install some files.

i got it almost working...just my BG buddy folder is missing so it will not queue for bgs

 

what do you mean missing? if you did a clean install as long as you didnt remove stuff it should be there and working

 

nope. i installed the HB straight to my desk top with the zip file and went through the steps that was just given to me to have it work with the c++ and it will not queue. i looked in the bots folder and all i have Combat Professionbuddy and raid bot

 

i just re-installed and it still wont queue. im going to try restarting my computer...
