You had a stupid name which they changed, but then they looked at your account further and found you were botting in battlegrounds... you should appeal again ^^.
Well, i did they will not get back, and i didnt bot on bgs. What i?ve noticed too is that i got teleported before got banned. I was using gb2. I hit stop when i got teleported, logued on another char and i was banned.
