So my question is, if I bot on one WoW account within my battle.net account that has two wow accounts, and the one I bot on gets banned, will they ban my main which I do not bot on as well ?

      Thank you
      Shroom

That should not happen, but they reserve the right to suspend/ban all accounts if they have enough of your botting

Thanks mate, good to know. I am not too sure if i should be botting just now, I only do maybe 3 hours a day but their seems to be a lot of ban's going down just now, the last few weeks is the first I have used the bot in over 2 years.

If you read the posts about the many, many, many people who were banned today/yesterday, you'll find that in a good number of them, the account they botted on was spared (for now), and the account they did not bot on was banned. At any rate, if you bot, you'll be banned. It isn't a matter of if anymore. It is when and that when comes fast since blizzard got into the gold business. Prior to blizzard selling gold, they still banned, but typically because of reports from other players. Now, Blizzard sells gold for cash. They now have a financial reason to actively go after bots and they do. They don't rely on reports, they just go after the program. Honorbuddy cannot compete with them. Blizzard has won and blizzard will continue to win. Botting is over.

The typical wisdom has been this "if its on the same bnet, they only care about that specific wow acc you have botted/sold gold on (wow 1 not wow 2 as well)" but tbh; while it may be more convienent; just make a new email; it's nice to have that seperation between the two, especially if you decide to go clean for a stretch of time or just light (using only garrisonboss for eg; no bging/cr's/etc)
