You don?t install MS .net via an installer, you use "Windows Update" to get the latest .net

I followed the instructions on the wiki page exactly as they were written.
I downloaded the Service Pack 1 but once I try to install it nothing happens.
I double click it and then an installation window pops up with a loading % bar it ends disappearing when its done, and thats it.
I checked my programs on control panel and it isnt installed.
Sorry I know this is a pain in the ass , but I could really use some help.

      Check the wiki.
And the .Net 3.5 sp1 is the one you need
Any newer or older could give you problems with HB.
If you use the installer it shouldn't affect any other .Net versions you have.

Net framework comes with Win7 installation

You don't have to install it unless you have net framework issues
