      Hi there,

does not anyone wonder why HB botters got mostly only a 6 month ban and all the other bots in the last banwave 2 days ago were all perma banned? Does that mean blizz is 100% sure at the "other" bots, but was not with hb? how come they made that difference?

      I am just wondering...

Probably the size of the playerbase using it, perma banning all the hb users would be a massive hit with todays dwindling sub numbers. People are more than likely going to buy a side account to play on until their suspension is up.

I'd say also hbs banwave served as a warning, so they'll have went hard on other people who decided to just bot anyway after such a big ban. That and all the complaints they got for not perma banning all of hb.

Hopefully they keep with the "no further actions will be taken on this account" thing and not decide to turn around and perma ban all the 6 month suspensions.

I mean, they really kept their foot down with Flying in Draenor... OH WAIT.

After that BAN WARE, left to use the BOT to see if we are still detectable. Well, by the amount of permanent BAN and other temporary, I think that emphasizes well that Blizzard is in detecting.
That's my opinion at the time.
I'll wait a little longer to test the BOT in my new account.

I don't think they anticipated the amount of players they would actually ban in the banwave and seeing the numbers made them use this banwave as a warning.
Now that warning is over i imagine.
