So i was looking at my bnet account this morning and i noticed something. I have couple accounts showing banned from few years ago. So i clicked into one of the accounts just out of curiousity and i notice there is a link there that says "Verify your identity and deactivate the game account suspension" but when i click it it just kicks me out to the main account summary page where all my accounts are. Anyone notice this or what it is, i don't remember seeing that a few years ago.
Not sure what u mean. I tried logging into that account via the game and got an error #202 which is the standard banned/closed account message. I then went back to my account on the website and clicked on that account and that message is still there but doesn't do anything, just kicks u back to the battle.net account summary page.
Im guessing its used for when they lock you account if change locations or someone else tries to access you account and you can click that link to unlock it but if your banned it just takes you back to the account page because perm banned
I got this same thing on my old account View attachment 115787 Wonder if its something they're implementing or what
