You will have to wait for the devs to update the new offsets before the bot will work with the new patch.

Well as I have heard, warden can update without "shutting down" servers, i.e on patchdays. And US patch + wardenupdate at tuesdays, so I heard rumors like years ago during Open-Bot times that EU also updated warden at tuesdays, may be complete bullshit tho :D But you never know.

If there are any security issues (such as the possibility of accounts being banned via detection), we'll shut the bot down. You're safe to use HB on patch days, assuming we've updated the bot that day. (We're still updating for 4.3, but servers aren't up for another 2 hours, so we can't exactly see if a lot of things have changed yet).

We should have a working build today at some point.

relay i think that we're ok with that i mean its possible but they're going the legal route because it seems they're having a hard time combating it.

they're not just combating because of the fact that they're having a hard time. i think the reason is more of Bossland earning money with it.
i mean bossland is a "GmbH" this form of company has a good reputation in germany.

it's not just a small guy selling software. you need 25.000€ to found a "GmbH" and there's a lot more involved in keeping a GmbH successful in germany. He definitely earns a bit.
and you know... when it comes to money, you will hardly find any friends. The positive side of this: Bossland as a person will not get sued, just the company. So he may find holes and do the same procedure over and over, unless the company is not capable of paying the lawyer or disciplinary action.

you know it will take some time for the court in germany to judge this occurence and since the law in germany is different, the decision might go for bossland.

but .. you know.... in the end its the decision of the judge. if the judge thinks bossland is damaging blizzard with this piece of software, HB wont exist in near future.
