Is HonorBuddy's performance affected by lag?

I am botting through an overseas proxy so there is quite a bit of latency involved (1 to 3 seconds). I'm wondering if this could affect anything. Specifically some quests failing to turn in, which has been an ongoing issue for me.

Lag can affect performance for sure. But it is more likely HB doing its thing.

Well, all the quest turn-in issues are nonexistent at low latency. Would it be possible for a plugin to delay the turn-in until the quest page and items have been loaded and accepted, or is that dependent on internal code?
