there are several profiles i would like, but my lack of programming knowledge keeps me stumped, so my question is... is it alright to ask for someone to create them for a donation as long as the profile becomes public? I know this is the request forum and i could request the specific profiles but the chances are they would not be created. just wanted to offer incentive for creation. If this is out of line by any means please delete the post.
You can ask profile creators for both public or private profiles with donations. There's nothing against this. If your idea would benefit the whole, why not let it be public? If its something that you want personalized, then sure, a little cash never hurt. What us profile creators don't want it to make private profiles for people for a small donation, and then that person sells it on their own as their own work But other than that, there's no issue I see.

You may neither explicitly solicit, nor implicitly beg for donations As soon as you do this, Bossland GmbH considers it 'selling', and your offering will be removed from the site. If you wish to more actively encourage donations, or seek outright remuneration, you will need to place your product on a third-party website, or in the Buddy Store. If you wish to hire or 'bribe' work done... You may not make a post offering a donation or remuneration of any type—such a post is considered 'advertising' and will be removed.
